DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

Filing a DMCA Notice

If you believe that material on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes the following information:

  • Your physical or electronic signature, or that of the owner's authorised representative.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
  • Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, including the URL where it appears on the Site.
  • Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that use of the material is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice including:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material removed and where it appeared.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district.

Repeat Infringers

It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

Misrepresentations

Please note that any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing or was removed in error may be liable for damages under Section 512(f) of the DMCA.
